How do I set up my BlackBerry to check my Business Email?

  1. From the BlackBerry home screen, click BlackBerry SetupSet up Internet EmailAdd An Email Account
  2. Type your full email address and password, and then click Next.
  3. Your BlackBerry will try to set up your email account automatically. If setup completes successfully, skip to the next step. If your email account can't be configured automatically, do the following: 
    1. Click I will provide the settings to add this email account.
    2. Scroll down and then click Next.
    3. Select Internet Service Provider Email (POP/IMAP), and then click Next.
    4. Type your full email address for your user name (for example, info@yourdomain.com). 
    5. Scroll down and type the name of your email server. This will be mail.yourdomain.com
    6. Click Next
    7. Enter the name of the outgoing server. This will also be mail.yourdomain.com. 
    8. You must also authenticate with the SMTP server using your email address and password as well.
  4. Click OK to complete the setup.
