What if my payment bounces or is not honored by the bank?

If the payment was made by credit card, we will attempt the transaction again the next night and one more time on the following night (if necessary). If after three tries, the credit card payment is still not successful we will give the client 7 days to replenish the credit card and notify us. If after 7 days the amount due is still not paid, the account will be suspended until payment has been received.

If the payment was made by cheque, you will be assessed a $20CAD NSF charge and will be required to provide us with either a certified cheque or money order for the overdue amount plus the NSF charge. If after 15 days, we have not received payment in full for both overdue and NSF, the account will be suspended until the account is up to date.
