Why should only one (1) issue be reported per ticket?

The reason we ask for only one problem or question be reported per email/ticket is so that it helps us to better tag and track issues that you are seeing. From this data we can pull information on common issue that we need to prioritize resolutions for in upcoming releases.

It also helps us to avoid missing an important question you may have asked, but that gets lost while we look into other issues.
